Rents are collected monthly, a detailed statement prepared, and payments paid promptly by BACS into the Landlord’s nominated account. All properties are inspected on a quarterly basis, with a written report provided to the Landlord to raise any maintenance issues which may have occurred. We will arrange for any necessary repairs to be carried out - either by the Landlord’s preferred contractor, or someone from our own bank of approved workmen.

Standard Fee Structure For Landlords
STANDARD MONTHLY MANAGEMENT FEE at an agreed percentage of the Rent, plus VAT at the ruling rate of 20% and a set up fee of £120 (including VAT).
TENANT FIND ONLY £240.00 (including VAT).
If, after marketing has begun, the Landlord chooses to cancel this Agreement, or agrees to let the property to a Tenant not introduced by Richard Everett and Mashford Homes, an Administration Fee of £120.00 (including VAT), will be charged.
