Full Management

For Landlords who do not want the responsibility of managing their own property, we offer a COMPLETE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE. From advertising your property, finding and referencing tenants, to seeing them move in - we do everything for you!

Rents are collected monthly, a detailed statement prepared, and payments paid promptly by BACS into the Landlord’s nominated account. All properties are inspected on a quarterly basis, with a written report provided to the Landlord to raise any maintenance issues which may have occurred. We will arrange for any necessary repairs to be carried out - either by the Landlord’s preferred contractor, or someone from our own bank of approved workmen.

Standard Fee Structure For Landlords
(We currently do not charge VAT.)

STANDARD MONTHLY MANAGEMENT FEE, an agreed percentage of the Rent, and a set up fee of £120.


If, after marketing has begun, the Landlord chooses to cancel this Agreement, or agrees to let the property to a Tenant not introduced by Richard Everett, an Administration Fee of £120.00, will be charged.


Preparation of a Tenancy Agreement, incorporating the relevant provisions of the Rent and Housing Acts£50.00
Check in and Preparation of a full Inventory, including taking meter readings, photos and descriptions£120.00
Holding and registering the agreed Deposit in a Government-approved Scheme or deposit replacement scheme.£30.00
Referencing of Tenant(s) including credit checks, previous rent references, employer references, affordability checks, right to rent checks and guarantor referencing if necessary.£120.00
Exit checks upon a tenant leaving the property and arranging the release of the deposit£78.00
