For Landlords who do not want the responsibility of managing their own property, we offer a COMPLETE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE. From advertising your property, finding and referencing tenants, to seeing them move in - we do everything for you!

Rents are collected monthly, a detailed statement prepared, and payments paid promptly by BACS into the Landlord’s nominated account. All properties are inspected on a quarterly basis, with a written report provided to the Landlord to raise any maintenance issues which may have occurred. We will arrange for any necessary repairs to be carried out - either by the Landlord’s preferred contractor, or someone from our own bank of approved workmen.

Standard Fee Structure For Landlords

STANDARD MONTHLY MANAGEMENT FEE at an agreed percentage of the Rent, plus VAT at the ruling rate. TENANT FIND ONLY 50% of the first month’s Rent plus VAT at the ruling rate, but subject to a minimum fee of £360.00 (including VAT).

* The standard cost of the Inventory is £240.00 which is shared equally between the Landlord and the Tenant(s). Non-standard, part-furnished, furnished, or larger properties may attract a higher fee, which will be agreed with the Landlord before marketing begins.
